You will always get a slight buzzing noise from the servos when the car is switched on if it is as extreme as you say have you got you EPA set correctly on your transmitter for both servos and not over stretching them to the limits;
Check your EPA
All servos make a buzzing noise when car is turned on may be different brands make more than noise and others i can only vouch for XP AND KO as these are the 2 i use and i can assure you these make a buzzing noise when car is on;
