Hobbyking.com now appear to be doing sanwa receivers.

I too am considering investing in a Sanwa Exzes Z, but am put off by the intentionally high UK price. For me, "Piece of mind" doesn't really justify an extra £180 over the cost of buying from outside of the UK.
