Can someone run a ruler on the above please?

I need the distance underneath between the hinge tubes where
the bumper fits if possible.

Even better,has anyone got one they'd like to part with for postage
please?

Extremely skint at the mo and the "Boss" has put a complete embargo on
buying owt to do with buggies otherwise I'd have ordered a new one from the 'States.
