Endbell timing + ESC boost timing + ESC turbo timing = total timing.
Total timing must not exceed 60 degrees or Kaboooom!
I set my endbell timing to 0 or low as the motor will allow and concentrate on ESC dynamic timing, it's more efficient, being applied in steps as the RPM rise. Boost start / end RPM be programmed (with 'safe' gearing) to give low end torque and High speeds. Best of both worlds!
