Either do what beale suggested and solder back at the next junction taking care not to ovefheat the components. Or you could use a fine abrasive or a craft knife to gently remove some of the insulation off the remainder of the pcb track and tin then solder to that instead. Don't rub too hard as the copper isn't very thick.

I would start with the middle one as you have a lot of wide track to learn on.
