3racing FGX looks interesting (and quite cheap compared to others) but I understand it is a little fragile - also as it does not have a direct drive rear axle it does not conform with the BRCA rules (again that probably is not an issue at club level) - so whilst you may get one cheap you may need to invest to make it more robust etc.
Choice of cars for 190mm rubber - there are quite a few out there;
Main choices are;
Tamiya f104 ver 2
Speedpassion SP-1 (which is my main chassis)
Others;
Serpent, yokomo, vbc, saxo, TRG and calandra(coming soon)
If you are going to race then find a club that runs F1 then look at what the other drivers are running (I don't race near you).
There also are other specialist chassis options that use parts from other cars (mainly Tamiya) such as Exotek.
