If you run in out of the box configuration as a foam tyred car the answer is that I don't believe the car conforms with current BRCA rules because the front arm pick up points sit outside the body - that said this should not prevent you running the car at club level.
I have an F113 and run it on rubber tyres having converted the front end to a standard Tamiya F104 configuration - which means it then conforms with BRCA rules for the narrow rubber class.
The BRCA nationals last year only ran the narrow rubber tyre class (190mm) albeit that there are BRCA rules for two classes - foam (210mm) and rubber (190mm).
