IMHO the 17t is good for clubman - not to different to silver can. On an open track It was at full throttle for a lot of the lap but will be greta for when a tight track is run.
The 13t was much quicker - ran it for the final and managed to beat a touring car with an 8.5t by nearly a lap, although that could be down to the fact I was running foams
