The new xm kit has been brought up to the Tamiya Vega spec. The chassis I believe is now the same length as the Gen3 Vega and Geometry is the same. This has been stated before. As you can see the gearbox is further back like Gen3, the wishbones run flipped side and 2mm back like Gen3, new shock tower like Gen3 and the front of the xm you can now fit all electrics at the front like Gen3. I run the Gen3

and owned xm and xr so know differences between the kits and lets not forget the car that gave Lee Martin his BRCA National title the Vega so no surprise really that the 201 xm has been influenced at little really.
But with Tamiyas known quality and bling this should be as good as the Vega.
Only my opinion.
