I had to rebuild the diff anyway as Durango sent me some longer outdrives ,so i rebuild and double checked everything and cleaned and greased as per the "in the pits tutorial" all i did different was to tighten the ball diff ALOT more than the original bulid and all seems ok
i will go testing the weekend and find out for sure ,thanks all for the tips and help
