Hello Stuart, I was one of those chaps at Eden Park! The greens are a good all rounder, we generally use yellows in the dry and silvers in the wet. I started on greens and it was fine.
You should be fine with the batteries too, I've only got 2 packs of lipos and Ive always got through meetings ok.
