The Swansea Club which is the Cardiff side of Swansea, which caters for micros and tenth.
And my local the Caldicot Club which is 25 miles towards the border from Cardiff, we run Micros 2wd and 4wd. We meet every Friday
Finally, about an hours drive away is the Mendip Raceway, who have a really nice all weather astroturf outdoor track, again most other sundays. See their website for details.
