Max you can fit under RR is 1mm, unless you modify the rear bulkhead of course.
It would LOWER not raise the R'C' (theoretically increasing rear grip a little) but due to the RB6's driveshaft angles raising the inner hinge pin will actually start to reduce the grip as a result of the change relative to diff centre height affecting the driveshaft plunge.
Kyosho seem to have the hinge pin height spot on for 90% of conditions; on super high grip running +1mm under RF and nothing under RR gives great forward drive, on lower grip 0mm under RF and 1mm under RR keeps the back nicely in check.
In VERY extreme conditions I have raised the transmission (equal spacers needed between chassis and motor guard + trans case and don't forget to put equal spacers between rear bulkhead and trans case tab).
