That 20T or 21T is bang on: The info in italic was some info I wrote on another forum.
I am currently running 21/87 for a small to medium sized indoor track. I use 22 and 23 for more open tracks, but I also use a lot of dynamic timing (boost + turbo about 50° in total) on my 6.5 tekin Gen2, so if you would not be using timing I would suggest even 1 or 2 teeth more.
