Yeah, halfpipe drain pipe is what we always used to use at a few clubs around the NW - Bury (Pre-permanent track), Leigh, Chorley and I think West Craven too but I am not that sure. So that would be my favourite.

Although it doesn't flex to give sweeping bends - so everything is square and right angle. Maybe having drain pipes with some hose?
