If the set is in stock in England it does not necessarily means, that it is available in germany at CS-electronic:

About your set: see, this is a set with drills of 0,3 - 1,6mm. But you need 1,5mm and higher.... So the only drill you will use is the 1,6mm one.
What I found is a bit more expensive:

It is a bit more expensive. But I guess, it is the same. And on this page, you can find all "HSS Bohrer" =drills in the dimension 1,65mm,
