As above. Sounds like you need an LCD hobby wing or speed passion programming box.
Then you need to look at the turbo and boost settings.
You can usually pick them up for around a tenner or someone may have one in there pit box.
If you change the end point on you tx to say 95% then the turbo should not kick in as it only comes in on full throttle. That way at least you can establish if its the turbo or the boost that's set aggressively.
