The graphics are clearer, the car physics and handling are subtly improved and the in car view is definately better to use.
I now find myself using the in car view on some cars whereas on gt5 i never used it.
Plus at the moment there is a consecutive day log in bonus where the amount of credit you win goes up if yo log in each consecutive day.
If you get the anniversary edition, the cars you get are good too
