From looking at the manual, flashing red and yellow means that both over heat and low voltage have been triggered.
TBH, I've switched both mine off. And only run for 10 minutes in training, and get nowhere near the limits that i was supposedly close to or over.
If you have an ir temp probe, just check the actual temp after you've raced or during practice to make sure,but if you are running with a fan, it's very unlikely to really be over the limit. And if you start with a fully charged pack, of reasonable size, you should be able to run for 10 minutes or more before getting down to lvc levels.
I just think the rev pro safety cut offs are too sensitive.
