If you are still using the standard steering as it looks, I'd recommend getting some aluminum steering bellcranks, e.g. from avid rc, jconcepts, associated or team yaiba. When I mounted the avid (and later for better looks the team yaiba) steering in my sc10, the truck was transformed, and it got even better after I added the vision racing carbon steering rack. Great parts!
