They do work very well on some astro tracks when the track is wet and slippery.

I'm sure loads of people have tried various different compounds and brand combos over the years but it always seems to be the Schumacher "yellow" compound,be it spike or pin that works best on multi surface (gym,carpet,wood etc) indoor tracks we race on over the winter...

Just have a look what most of the people are using at the clubs you race at I'm sure you won't be far wrong using what majority use
