I agree with Ben, Ash needs that book.

I prefer Losi shocks, but the difference between Losi/AE doesn't justify switching shocks on a B4. but on the X-6 where I was starting from scratch back when me and Dan first got them, Losi shocks are easier to dial in.... bigger tuning range in pistons and springs.

But its all personal taste, I personally struggle to build two AE shocks the same first time, always end up doing them 2-3 times before finishing..
