Hi there don't no much about the 22t but I would be going
Front
Mid hole on tower outer hole on arm
Take spacers out from under front link balls
55 piston 35w oil blue or orange spring
Rear
Inside hole on tower inside hole on arm
Make rear link as long as possible -2 deg camber
55 piston 30 oil yellow or pink spring
This should be good for bumpy track if in door go up + 5 on oil all around 35/30
Ride hight at about 18mm if slapping the floor landing from jumps put at 20mm all around
