All 3D printed parts on the second prototype come from
www.shapeways.com - It is nylon (called 'white, strong and flexible' on their website) and is more costly than the parts on the last car, but these have a better surface finish and are stronger than when printed with a (DIY/Consumer FDM) 3D Printer.
Admittedly, some parts on the car would still do fine made from the old material (only the suspension arms didn't hold), but yeah well... if it doesn't break anyway, you're only spending the money of the more expensive material once
