Default 2 Day Charity Extravaganza 21-22nd Sep

The next event at NNRC is a 2 day charity extravaganza in aid of the Air Ambulance on 21st & 22nd September.

This event has been organised by our landlord (John) who asked us if we would put on a race day to help raise funds.

Before getting into the details of what is going on the first order of business is to say a massive thankyou to PRCC who have moved the race day they had scheduled for Sunday 22nd September in order they and their drivers can support this event. Thankyou guys!

OK, down to the fun & games.

The event in general:

The bikers group will be there and there will be:
BBQs
Hog Roast
Live bands
Bar

Some of you guys already have experience of the biker's bar!

The racing:

Saturday is a fun day with plenty of time to practice on the track. The format isn't yet set but we are looking at an endurance race and a dash for cash.

Sunday is race day proper with the normal race day organisation.

Prizes will be up for grabs. 2 gallons of VP Powermaster fuel and a SMD starter box has already been donated with more prizes to be announced as we get closer to the date. A raffle will be held for the prizes. Tickets and ticket prices will be available on the day.

Cost:

£20 for 2 days fun and racing - £10 going to the Air Ambulance

Booking in is open so get yourselves booked in. http://www.nnrc.info/booking-in

The top field will be open for camping so make sure you indicate the nights you will be camping when you book in.
