I wanted to share this Javesteel with everyone, it was a special request from a guy in Japan. I dont think he will ever post here since I think he does not speak nor writes in english, because communications seemed to be via translator, but we managed to understand each other. He asked for a complete brush polish roll cage, so we made two, one for him and one for... oh well me
This roll cage requires an entire different fabrication as to the others. It requires to weld each part first down to the last pin hole, then grind, hand file grind, sanding and abrasive sponge sanding on each part until silky smooth without any pin holes or tiny warps. If no pin holes are present after the last step then we can continue to weld the other parts. Needless to say a very slow process...
