Hi Cremegg,
raising the transmission improves side bite and traction on corner exit. See here
http://losiracing.blogspot.co.uk/201...2-and-22t.html
I've not got my shocks built yet and the few set ups I've seen are split between 2 hole 1.6 and 4 hole #55.
The only mid motor set up posted so far is Dustin Evans ROAR Nationals 3rd place with 4 hole #55's but this is for a sugared in super high grip dirt track - the same one for the worlds - not sure how that transfers to astro or grass?
The strange thing was despite the high grip Dakotah Phend won from 3 with the only rear motor car in the A final! So big win No.1 for the 22 2.0 first time out, but it looks like Losi is testing for a standard steering set up as Dakotah was running what seems to be modified RB6 steering bellcranks.
