You just need someone who can TIG weld to lay a little bead on the bend. Being a decent size chunk of metal, pre/post heating might make it weld a bit nicer, but anyone whos good at TIG welding should be able to do it, its not much differant then then welding 2 peices of 1/8" aluminum on a 30* joint.
