RogerM ... I agree with you that the columns are wrongly titled (grams should be lbs). I overlooked that due to the experience I have with Losi and Asso springs. If you use the columns as it should be the data "feels" correct when trying the springs. Of course it is not as precise as measuring.
As for the Losi rear I have solved the issue by using 2 Kyosho preload adjusters on top of each other and the Cyclone D4 lower platforms - fit from the diameter but are higher tha the Losi ones. No porblems so far and looks great.
Changing the front springs really is an issue. But so far I am quite comfortable with the Kyosho front selection from orange to yellow. I tried Asso fronts with an additional plastic spacer but I didn't like the looks and feeling of the springs on the Kyosho.
In any case I would appreciate tested results on the springs ;-)
