Good lad,sounds as though it's coming along well.
I see then that you're using Associated bits too,I think it's the way to go
with a Cobra,much better quality than Mardave bits.

I'm looking for a B3 nosepiece,hinge pins and front arms for mine at the mo.

On the Cobra Evo front,I really do think you're right.If we were hearing of a developement
car being tested on some of the UK tracks at the bigger events to gauge response and
whet appetites,then fair enough.

I don't think Mardave can retail it in the right price bracket either.
£50-£65 gets you a Mad Rat or Monkey kit and for an extra £15 a set of
cheapo threaded shocks.
Bung in a second hand brushless,you're pretty much club competative
right out of the box.
£80-£100 gets you a tidy second hand B4/well set up Rat/Monkey.

If Mardave are going to pitch the Cobra Evo in at £100-£120 without
tyres,radio gear,motor etc,I think that's a lot of loot for what is a
virtually untested no race pedigree basically vintage buggy.

Not many are going to buy it at all
