I had the same problem....emailed for some batteries but no reply..
Emailed a reminder after a few days and got a prompt reply from Tony..saying that he had lots of emails, thought he had replied to me ( he hadn't ). apologised and said that all items were sold quickly..!
I said that they were still shown as available on here... and he said there must have been a problem are they were supposed to be marked as sold..
I have to say that he was very polite and apologetic ..but he should have put sold on Oople....
