Same boat.
Ordered mine on the 5th of July and have not received them..
No tracking number sent to my Paypal yet. Sent a pm weeks ago and have not gotten one back. I am in the states so I expected a delay for sure (just not this long). It's not a big deal as it was not a lot of $$....but I would guess an update would be cool...
