Hey,

Sounds to me like you may have got a paint blockage, I wouldn't replace anything but I would recommend getting some auto air airbrush restorer and also some cleaner, this way you can give your brush a good clean and start a fresh.

Once you have got it clean (if it isnt already) I suggest reducing the paint a little more (autoair reducer is pretty good and RCS sell some stuff Ive heard good things about) and give it another good.

Set psi to about 25 and keep reducing until you have a nice fine spray that your happy with.

It really does take some practice to get this right.
