tbh, the shocks I got on my rtr were also slightly randomly filled (not an issue as I only wanted them for my 410!). So not really a good start for driving feel!
I reckon you'd be better off just getting a couple or three bottles of suitable oil and refilling them as per the durango build guide.
Have a look on either the TD site or petitrc for set ups for the track you drive at (or ask another 210 driver at your club, they might even help you with the oil and rebuild/refill)
