The 02c has very little droop on the front as standard, and from what ive experienced if you have too little droop on the rumbles the car doesnt take them very well, also having droop on mine makes the car take off better and also it has aided in rear traction because of weight transfer (lifting the front end under acceleration) i'm trying to replicate my settings to go on my TM2, tryed it wednesday and it was awesome, but thats a different story.
. No droop or very little will work on flat tracks because the car wont roll as much, but for what we do at Manfield you need some droop.
