i actually do very little maintenance.
I'll brush it down to clear away dust and dirt, wipe around the shock pistons to ensure no dirt accumulates around shock bottom.

check and make sure theres noting obvious broken

only ever change shock oil if I need to adjust the oil or if I notice the lvl has dropped slightly.

some manufacturers do shock maintenance kits with new o rings and seals etc, but dont think TD have released one yet.
be good if they did one with slightly better o-rings as the kit standard for the 210 o-rings for some are quite leaky.
