I do shocks about once every 3 or 4 weeks (sooner if i want to change the oil weight) or notice excessive oil on the shafts, if i open them during normal maintenance they are always still full and fairly clean. Usually refill the diff at about the same interval, earlier if i notice oil seeping out/odd behaviour. That's usually quite dirty, but it never appears to have lost a huge amount of oil.
Gearbox is still original, so that will be nearly a year old. I just have a look see and a clean + fresh grease every time i change diff oil. It's still as smooth as the brand new 210 i bought 4 weeks ago.
