Not totally true. My 410k got used from when it got released to 2000 and i abused it. Ok it worked better when cold as touching the pad when hot could kill it but mine worked faultlessly with a Corally 10D geared at 10.1 in my Lazer. I had three Scotkey diodes soldered onto the motor endbell and amps set at 100 continuous.
