Can someone split this topic, as the title is misguiding.
The Avid Triad is a whole chapter for BMax2.
I fitted mine yesterday. Experimented a lot with shims and i think it is ok now. My only problem is that the spring is too compresed with the nut flush on the threaded part of the topshaft.
