I certainly can. the track perimeter is open 24x7, so people can turn up any time they feel appropriate. the track will be "closed" from Saturday morning while its changed and then through to the start of practice, which is basically when i turn up, which will be ~7.30 - 8.00 so i will try to open the track at roughly 7.45.
The track being closed is a gentleman's agreement (same for Saturday), beyond standing there with a shot gun all night, i cant stop people practicing when they get there, but anyone found to be ignoring the track closed signs will of course be reported to the Regional Rep.
hope that answers your question adequately. Cya Sunday.

If so then how is that fair to all? If not how are you going to prevent people from doing so.
Hope I don't come across too grumpy but I don't want to get up at 3:30am to arrive at the track for the start of timed practice to find that people have been running around for 2+ hours before!
