I have knobbly spike front rc10 sized tyres - no idea who made them but obviously to race they would have to be readily available. I don't think being glued to the track is all importat - if it's wet then for sure the cars would struggle but on dry astro they won't be too bad even with 20 year old design tyres.

Jimmy in blinky there is very little in speedos, full list on EB listings, easy to check, not easy to cheat, 17.5 in a tc is fast enough but not savage, so would work well.
