Maybe ... but if you don't try you won't know ...
Would be good to have a few spares bits n bobs to have a play around with ... and its not as if you you have to dismantle it at the end of the night ... !!
Dirt would be amazing ... but more work
Ask Paul about it, he had a club a few years back which was indoor dirt ... and was amazing
