I had a great idea last time chris.
Charge an extra quid or two at start of the night, and split it between anyone who stays back at the end and helps. What you think to that or something similar?
Another idea would be put it in a pot and give raffle tickets to those who stay back. Then have a raffle every couple months? Be fun that way.
