Being honest, I'd personally err on the side of caution.
People are going to be leaving at 05:30 to get to West Wales for 08:30. If the rain does come in at 10 like the forecast it's doubtful we'd have been able to carry out the minimum running to make the round count.
There is a spare date planed for cancellation of either of the first 2 rounds for this very reason, it's always hard having the first round with the unpredictable British weather.
The only thing that will be certain is if it's cancelled now it will be 25 degrees and sunny tomorrow!
