Sound interesting, maybe it should go in as a proper AGM proposal next year. The proposal will obviously need to contain more detail, such as who is going to volunteer to administer it and exactly how the votes will be cast & counted.
It would certainly benefit those from regions that do not have someone willing or able to represent them at the meetings.
