Are you running the alloy hub carriers? I, and many others, have had this same problem. Wet grass causing 1 wheel drive. The cheapest solution is to ditch the alloy carriers and use the plastic ones. They leave a LOT more clearance inside the wheels. I've never had 'wheel braking' since.

Alternatively, there are AE's carbon camber link towers (standard in B4.2 kit) to bolt on instead of the bulky plastic ones. But I have no idea if that solves the problem as effectively as plastic carriers??
