Remove bearings, get RPM bearing blaster and use WD40 or GT85 to flush bearings. It does work, takes minutes and only costs a few quid.

I used brake and clutch cleaner for the metal parts, the suspension basically. An armorall dashboard spray for the plastic and a couple of paintbrushes. I got scared and didn't touch the bearings. I know they need cleaning but I'm not sure what to do. I've seen clips on YouTube of people popping them open and spraying air through them??? Do I need to apply grease to them too?
