The first thing i noticed is that you have the shortest possible front camber link. I always run the longest possible front link. Also check that you have 3 degrees of rear toe in i think it is F out on the rear and B in on the front. I am at work at the moment so cannot check.
For stability check that you have the 10 degree caster blocks fitted.

As Roger said Nic Caro is the best person to talk to. You will find some of his setups on the petitrc setup page.

I cannot help you with the shock set up as i prefer the small bores (just personal preference, mostly coz i have all the springs).
