Hi
If you are in Southampton then hopefully you are going to race at TORCH? If so then a mid motor will go better than rear on our track as it is fairly high grip.
However, I have to ask how much race experience do you have? If you have raced before and were an average club driver or better then probably worth go mid motor. If just starting out then you really are not going to notice any difference so probably best to save your cash until you have decided you are enjoying it and want to carry on.
Of the the 3 I have had both the c4.1 and x6 squared. I would say the c4.1 was the better of the 2 but there is a new x6 cubed coming out which I imagine will be very competitive. Vega cars do always go well at TORCH.
Also not sure whether budget is an issue for you but all the conversions are around £200 which is the price of many new mid motor cars, losi 22, schumacher sv, durango 210, yokomo etc and you could always sell the b4. Just something else to think about?
Best bet is to pop down and see us one sunday.
PM me if you want any info.
Cheers
Rob
