I use 450/300 too (35/25 Losi oil)
3b pistons silver front springs and either Dark Yellow or Yellow rears.

You could try 40 too upfront, it tames the front a bit.

I also bought some x orings (the ones delivered with the big bores shocks),
quite a difference in smoothness.

I also strongly recommend to use SP2 front end (wider block/shorter wishbones), the WC is too agressive for my taste on an already agressive car.
Good for a top pilot, too much corner entry that could led to mistakes for an average driver like me.
Thanks to my mate Fabs for that one.

In case grip is down a bit, remove inner rear links shims and use the next inner holes on tower for a more lay down shocks help to gain some traction.
I like Ballistic greens with a regular foam myself when the track is wet in the morning, that car didn't like wet with my throttle control.
Find a front tyre that reduce steering a bit, like a silver stagger LP.

Watch out for left right balance and use some lead if needed to balance the car depending on your motor/esc/receiver.
It helps keeping the car straight while braking.

Awesome car, always put a big fat smile on my face every time I drive mine
